Corn Tortillas

Ingredients:

  • 2 (15cm) corn tortillas
  • 1/8 teaspoon of salt
  • Salsa to dip the tortillas (optional)

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Cut each tortilla in half. Cut each half into three triangles. Spray a baking sheet lightly with cooking oil to spray. Place the tortilla triangles on baking sheet. Cover triangles sprayed with a 1 second oil spray plates (optional). Sprinkle evenly with salt. Bake in the oven until crispy, about 8 minutes, turning carefully in half the time. Serve with salsa to dip the tortillas, if using. Enjoy! Per serving (whole recipe, 12 triangles): 120 calories, 3g fat, 312mg sodium, 22g of carbohydrates, 3g fiber, sugar 1g, 1g protein.
