MT corn: First municipality to close the off-season harvest was Canarana
Some municipalities of Mato Grosso are with the corn harvest 2nd 2011/12 crop almost complete, with less than 3% to be collected, a figure that represents producers who have had any problems in the field.
The first city to end the harvest this first week of August was Canarana, which is closely followed by production neighbors northeast region, which harvested area is average with 96.4%.
